Classic Will Services is a family run business first established in February 1995 with consultants based throughout the UK. During this period we have prepared 1000's of Wills with the majority of our business coming from referrals by our existing clients.

The company is a member of the Society of Will Writers which is non-profit making regulatory body, that ensures all members are properly trained, experienced and indemnified, as your assurance of competence and professionalism to prepare and write your Will.

A Will brings security, reassurance and peace of mind - not just for you, but also for all those who depend on you. Making a Will is the only way to ensure that your wishes are carried out after your death. If you have not made a Will, your property will pass according to the Law of Intestacy. This may not be what you would have wished and in any event, it is likely to take longer to finalise than if you had made a Will. During this time your beneficiaries may not be able to draw money from your estate, causing possible hardship at a time when the family should be coping with the loss of a loved one.
